Delivery

Delivery: Products purchased from our website are delivered to you via DHL Kargo.

Delivery Time: Your confirmed orders will be shipped to your address via DHL Kargo within 1 to 3 business days at the latest.

Delivery times and conditions may vary in extraordinary circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, riots, public movements, nuclear risks and dangers, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, and fires, as well as situations arising from the buyer (not being present at the address, the authorized person for receipt not being available, the buyer having moved from the address, etc.).

Shipping Fee: The shipping fee for returns and exchanges belongs to the buyer.

Please check whether the shipping box is damaged when you receive your product. Do not accept a damaged package under any circumstances — have a report prepared and return it. Our customer service will assist you. Damage reports submitted after delivery will not be processed.

If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person present at the delivery address after their photo ID is checked and their signature is obtained.

If no one is present at the address at the time of delivery, a company representative will leave a notice containing the carrier's phone number. After the notice is left, your package will be held at the nearest cargo branch for 2 days. Packages exceeding this period will be returned to the originating branch.

Return & Exchange Terms

You may return the product you received within 7 days with your invoice and the product's original box or packaging, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. For return and exchange requests, please reach us at [email protected].

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Before sending the product you wish to return, please fill out the "Contact Form" on our website's "Contact" page, providing the reference number(s) of the item(s), the reason for return, and your contact details. Once submitted, our team will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with a "Return Tracking Number." (This form is mandatory under Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué No. 385.)

Returns must be sent together with the original invoice and the product's original box or packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for products whose original box or packaging has been damaged, which have lost their resalability, have been assembled or installed, have been scented with perfume, have been damaged by the buyer beyond manufacturing defects, or are not in a condition to be sold to another customer.

When returning a product, please include the original invoice with all copies and your return tracking number.

Product Return Conditions

• Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.
• Products to be returned must be unused.
• Products must be completely free of perfume or skin scent.
• Stones broken due to impact (dropping, hitting) are not accepted for return.
• Repairs for damage caused by the user (dropping, hitting) are carried out upon payment.
• Spraying perfume directly onto jewelry will quickly damage the plating; defects arising from such use are not covered by returns.
• Jewelry coatings can be damaged by sea water or pool water; returns of products exposed to such conditions are not accepted.
• If additional modifications were made to the jewelry at the buyer's request (size adjustments, stone changes, engravings, model alterations, or special orders), returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

Return Process

Once the returned product is inspected and found to comply with the above terms, the return process will be initiated and you will be notified of the approval. Upon approval, the product cost will be refunded to your credit card or via bank transfer within the legal period of 10 business days. This period begins from the date we receive the returned product.
